Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve issues professionally following client guidelines.
Fluent German (C1/C2), good English, previous customer service experience a plus, reliable internet connection.
First point of contact for technical issues. Handle basic troubleshooting, password resets, software installations and connectivity issues.
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals. Strong communication skills in English.
Handle escalated tickets from L1 with complex technical issues. Diagnose advanced hardware, software and network problems.
2+ years of IT support experience. Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Provide technical support for software, hardware and SaaS platforms. Guide users through troubleshooting steps.
Experience in technical support. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM tools or cloud services. Excellent English.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in English across multiple channels on behalf of our clients.
Fluent English (C1 minimum), previous customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills.
